There are only real two marinas, Gouvia on Corfu and Levkas. Both owned by the same company and prices essentially the same. There are limited afloat berths in boatyards in Preveza and moorings afloat in Vliho on Levkas. There are yards where you can keep your boat ashore and have it launched when you need it, particularly popular in Preveza, but also available in Corfu. Many people do not have a permanent berth as there are many village quays and sheltered anchorages that are low cost which you can use when cruising. Of course it depends on your pattern of use but here is plenty of choice. As ever, reading Heikell is a good idea before you get there as that will give you a good guide to what is available.

We were in Gouvia for a year and visited Levkas a few times. Both safe, with chandlers and restaurants nearby. Levkas wouldn't have worked for us as we visit from UK fairly often and for short trips mostly so need to be right by an airport. However I preferred Levkas and its proximity to the rest of the Ionian is much better - we found Corfu anchorages charming but too rolly so always headed South to our favourite but crowded spot Lakka on day one.
