I'm considering replacing the Heads Worktop when I replace the taps and bowl as whilst the current worksurface is OK (ish) I think a more modern look would be better AND it would be easier to replace the taps and bowl.

Any suggestions on
a) the material (I would like a solid "stone" finish rather than laminates)
b) a company that can produce a bespoke worktop to fit (bowl cutout, tap cutout etc.)?

Another material is Hanex (competitor to Corian). Plenty of kitchen installers around who will custom cut a piece for you.

We have corian in bathroom at home -not perhaps same conditions but after 10plus years it’s fine with it’s inset bowl on board our wash bowl sits on a wooden surface though happily.
