The storms of last week have taken their toll. Much damage has been done, not least two large holes, a winch ripped off, the pushpit trashed and the toe rail bent. So how do you go about replacing a toe rail? Are they supplied in straight lengths or do you have to tell the supplier the type of boat you have so that they can pre bend it? If it is supplied straight, how do you fit it?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Yes - they are expensive - will insurance cover ?
Chose section.
Order them by length.
Mark the positions of fixing holes - quite a job - but very difficult to drill afterwards from below, inside hull, and it will wreck anodising.
Include fairlead positions etc . Perhaps they could use your old ones as a pattern ?
It comes straight - bending it is fun, if it is a strong section, but do so DRY - only after you have got it fitted, use sikaflex.
Takes two to fit - one below.

Or You can get the agent to fit them.

I bought from ;
