Just a quick up date for them sailing to the Netherlands.
a couple of things I read here was that a crew list had to be send in before 24 hours of arriving.
I also read some where you need to get a document to allow the boat to stay in the Netherlands for a year .
our experience arriving in Ijmuiden.
although we filled in a crew list we never got to send it .
when we passed it over they wasn’t interested and didn’t even look at it .
as for the document for the boat to stay ,
as many may know a boat can stay in the EU for 18 months so I’m not sure what this one year all about.
I did ask about such documents and no one including the water police had any idea what I was talking about .
as usually all very friendly and quick.
