I will be very soon taking delivery of a Sea Ray 240 sundancer and have some questions:

- Which dinghy can i have in this boat and where do a store it? and the engine?
- I think I want to install a GPS/chart/Fishfinder Furuno 1650F but someone told me that is not suited for outside mounting, any takes on this issue?
- Anybody knows a TV/DVD set that can be installed in this boat and the antenna?

Thanks a lot for the much needed help.

Regards,

Carlos Benitez

Welcome to the world of Sea Ray, I am a proud 220 owner.

The dinghy/tender issue is one with many possibilities! There has been a debate raging for a good while about inflatables vs RIBs and so on, it all really depends on what you will use it for. A cop out, I know. I have just bought a GRP tender, but thats more to do with using it apart from the big boat than anything else.

There are also plenty of TV/DVD combos out there, if you are in no rush you might like to wait for the next big boat show and get your hands on a few to guage the size etc.

When is the big delivery due?
