Hello. I need an accountant/lawyer that knows the UK company law and yacht regulations.
Can anyone recommend me someone?
Many thanks

You don't need anything if you are a non UK resident visitor. This is the guidance from the UK government www.gov.uk/guidance/sailing-a-pleasure-craft-that-is-arriving-in-the-uk As a non resident you will be eligible for temporary Admission (TA) and there is a section on how to apply, which essentially means declaration to customs for your boat. Your boat can then stay in the UK for 18 months and you are subject to immigration rules, usually 6 months for an EU citizen. There are no specific regulations covering how the boat is used other than it is for your use or any equipment requirements.Just trying to get our yacht in order so we can enter the UK without headaches. The yacht needs to be entered into the company books.
