I have searched through for relevant prior postings.

I am looking for ways (cheap) to go to & from Brittany this year - e.g Lannion, L'Orient, Brest etc. So far I can only find Ryanair (to Dinard) or a variety of expensive Air France Flights - via CDG.

I have searched on the web - & tried most of the on line bookings but can't find anything. Would really appreciate advice. Thanks.

Ex Stanstead - it said £15 one way, but that is as far as I got as I don't need to fly till July - I haven't tried to book yet as I was looking for somewhere a bit further South perhaps.

Thanx, had another go myself and found the real fare (not £15, is it ever!?). Also had a look at cheapflights.com and that is useful in that it has a good selection of destinations. good luck.

Love air started a twice daily service from Birmingham to five Brittany airports, but there were not enough users, so they packed it in. Their MD tells me there is not enough demand.

I gave up trying to find an air connection - I used the fast Condor cat from Poole to St Malo then train to wherever (Brest in my case). Worked well - if you can start from Poole and if you can get over your feelings of hate for 40 knot cats! At least the French railways work.

Consider UK to Jersey and then Aurigny to St Briac or perhaps Lannion or Brest but fear it will be expensive. We keep our boat on the Rance. If you need help further ask.

Thanks yes -looking for something cheap! One of the replies said Buzz go to Brest. You aren't by any chance the owners of a Moody 31 starting with I are you!
