Navionics problem!

I am about to move off the Navionics charts that I have on my tablet. When I try to buy the next set, a box comes up saying "user is not eligible for this purchase". I can't find any way to make myself eligible!
I bought the previous charts from Playstore but can no longer find them.

Thanks for that, it would explain my difficulties. Perhaps I need to find an alternative? Are there any other, similar, things available?

None that are so simple to download (usually) and use.

Had same problem. The android marine apps have been temporarily removed from Google play store why they work on some functionality issues. They can not tell me when they will be back. I down loaded MX mariner which I am pleased with, but no tidal info.

Check out the Jepperson cmap app and charts. Software is free and you get some areas free so you can see if you like it. I did.
