Navionics "no entry" symbol - what is it?

Looking at navionics on iPhone, specifically goose rock at the needles and there are multiple "no entry" symbols (red circle with a white bar across the centre). Any idea what this is?

They are for the restricted area. No dredging due to the wreck.

Restricted area - usually a marine park area though sometimes a military one.

Usually allowed to sail through them but not anchor or fish.
