Not sure about being genuine aircraft dicing fluid, the stuff used in the UK is currently known as Type 4 and even when diluted, it is sprayed on at 40 degrees and blue in colour. We also have to inform Airfield Ops. we will be deicing so they can divert the drains to avoid it going into the local water courses as its toxic, not sure Windermere fish would appreciate the stuff.
