I’m trying to find out what starter motor is on the nanni 2.50 he 14hp engine.
Do any members know by chance?

I think the only seawater anode on these is the one that screws in to the exhaust elbow. Has a brass? hex bolt head on it.One thing I have not been able to figure out is whether there is an sacrificial anode in the seawater system or not. The Nanni manual has a mention of it, marked 4.333 TDI which I assume is an engine model? It is on the wrong place in the English-language maintenance schedule, at 20h. For other languages it asys every 100h![]()
Dear Sir,
One sacrifial anod is fitted on the aluminium exhaust elbows only. The cast iron previous version did not include any anods.
Dealing with the heat exchanger O ring issues, We effectively noticed in the past that Engine whom missed the 2 years/400h O ring replacement may experience some leaks , hence leading to some corrosion on the aluminium casing.
To reinforce that point, a kit has been created. For your engine the kit ref is KSAV03. (there are now 2 O rings each side separated by a stainless ring)
I hope this will help.
Best regards
