Does anyone know if any of N.H.Banham of Cambridge's (rather than Horning) archives have survived? Is it still posible to obtain details of boats they built? Old Frank

Sorry,my mistake. I knew the yard was called H.C.Banham - when Percy bought their Horning yard he renamed it Norfolk Holiday Boats - which confused me.

Does anyone know of any records? Grateful for advice.

Well, I remain hopeful about finding someone in darkest Cambs with a complete list of everything Banhams built - just thought I'd add another reply to keep it at the top! OF

Well for a start - up to 1949:-

Amber
Amorita
Bantab
Fenlandria
Kiruna II
Lady Ranworth
Nelson
Phantom
Vanessa A

Thanks for that - I'm digging on history of a 24' motor canoe. It was fitted with a Stuart Turner delivered to the yard in 1946 - but it may have been a post war retrofit. The outside of the hull is canvas covered. OF
