I was pruning apple trees ( albeit a tad late in their year really) after picking up some finest well rotted horse poo from our friendly farm owner..And the sun shone down, lovely. Welly boots and shirt,😎

And a frost warning for tonight..

The S of F or the Spanish Isles it is not!

We don’t go for manure around here....but you still have to be careful where you tread...in case you step in some 😳😡

View coming back from the dinghy dock in St Thomas. Boys with toys except some toys are bigger (and rather more expensive) than other toys.

It’s only 29 C if anyone’s interested. Sea is 26 C and the American livaboards next to us at anchor complained the sea is too cold to swim in for more than 15 minutes.

Daily dress is shorts and rash shirts or polo shirts. Please turn the heating up for May when we come back to the UK.

My view tonight: pitch black with possibly the best stars and phosphorescent I've ever seen. Of course it won't show up on camera so you'll just have to take my word for it.
5nm from the BVIs, broad reaching, all is well 🙂

We do did a little star watching the other night...since it was crystal clear....and we won’t see these seven planets together in the sky again in our lifetime....of course we had no idea which was a planet, which was a plane or star or satellite....still...we saw seven objects in the sky....that will do us

Believe that stars twinkle / flicker and planets a steady type of light.

Hence the nursery rhyme twinkle twinkle little star ....

Loadsa apps to help you identify them these days.

BTW the headland picture yesterday was Punta Papagayo famous for its nearby nudie beaches.

My views today..just another day in the woods, warm and sunny.
A stop for a rest on the woodland edge.

Very warm in the sun sheltered from the sea breeze and the views are not bad.

Home is in the distant woods. When it's really howling I can hear the big seas breaking ashore.

Brew time, this is a casual wander, not a route march...:giggle:

The table in the woods?
The local Foresters chain sawed some stumps and set them out just off one of the forest paths. Great skills and good use of natural resources.(y)
