View from my just moved into very cheap waterfront retirement house. Own boat ramp, own jetty, pontoon dock, lovely partner watching spectacular sunset. Just needs my yacht in the view if I can just get it up onto the pontoon to store it accessibly out of the frequent wind and waves.
