Are there such things as inflatable rollers? Something like a giant fender. I think RN have used such.

A row of these squeezed under the hull and then inflated might allow her to be moved with a tractor or like.

Frankly, I think that the moment someone comes on here and starts attempting to "monetize" (horrible expression) their threads on the forum then they should be entirely forthright about how their project is going, warts and all. They owe it to those who they are attempting to use for commercial gain.
In this case, Ellie has also claimed to be an expert in what she called 'digital marketing strategy' and, despite that, it is increasingly looking as if she has gone off in a huff the moment things have got a bit difficult. I agree with others who have said that it is very rude.
