You buy a boat like that ................50-60 tonnes ...and big....with little knowledge of that type of vessel.....you do the research on........survey,launch costs etc.... first..not after you have foolishly paid for it...and you dont beg for charity for equipment etc to get it afloat after the event............hippy hand out attitude
.....bit SAD....not a bargain on the hard after all..................................
,its like reading a really good book only to find the last page is missing.
Dear Sundancer, did you mean:
"If you buy a boat like that, weighing 50 - 60 tonnes and big, with little knowledge of that type of vessel, you need to research survey and launch costs first, not after you have foolishly paid for it. You don't beg for charity for equipment to get it afloat after the event. I think this is a hippy hand out attitude and a bit sad. Not a bargain on the hard after all."

**There is the possibility of an option to share the lift costs with a neighbouring boat which will be launching next year, possibly February(?)**
Well said matey
massive skills of incisive vituperation....
Vituperation is a bit strong and awarding too much credit.
Perhaps 'evisceration'?
