Lovely day yesterday - well the morning was anyway - went down to do the handover of Evenstar. Even though old and new had been living close by of late they'd never actually met before!!

Nice pictures. I am sure you will have a great time in your S37. Also a Sealine owner on the South Coast. Have fun. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

As always a long story!

1st motorcruiser was Lady Evenstar. She's a Bayliner 2556 and now in Brixham, I sold her in 2004.

The Thames won't allow duplicate names, so my 2858 was just Evenstar.

The Sealine was motorcruisr number 3 so became Evenstar 3 to avoid a duplicate, but the part 1 registration wouldn't allow that either so her pedigree name is in fact Evenstar of Marlow. As they operate in geological time in the shipping registry in Cardiff the stickers were already on by the time they told me of the conflict, so I must talk nicely to that chap in Rhoose.........

lady Evenstar is from Lord of the Rings by the way, our house is called Rivendell where Lady Evenstar lived.

by lorry, next Wednesday. He wanted some mooring practice yesterday as his last boat wasn't an outtdrive and I was delighted to oblige. Offered to motor her up (to hartelpool) but he opted for the quick option. Lovely people who bought her which is always nice when you sell a boat, I hope they have as much fun in her as we did.
