yes - try heath lambert , orleans house, edmunds street, liverpool L3 9NG. ask for gareth in the yacht dept. very competent and the premiums were reasonable. insurance was with cna maritime at lloyds
only tip would be to make sure you ask for everything that you want (eg single handed sailing etc) at first contact. your negotiating position is then at its best.

My multihull is insured through Navigators and General and I have found them ok
