Last summer I was on the West Coast of Ireland and got talking to a couple who had just arrived in Ireland having left Australia five years ago in a boat they had built themselves.
They were planning to winter either the in UK or in Belgium whilst they overhauled their boat.
I told them that the east coast was a good place to keep their boat and hoped I would run into them again one day.
The boat was distinctive, cream coloured, about 40' with two masts, junk sails and about a 4' draught.
It was called Mudskipper. Has anyone seen them?
