So... no response from Mucky as she sedately slid out of the Exe around noon on the 24th, passing us coming back in from Hols /forums/images/icons/cool.gif

And whats more being co-driven by a Lady???

Ah, he'd just spent the nite with us on our mooring, shame about all the wash, particularly the charter boat at 0600hrs which caused 2 of my stanchion bases to be pulled out. Shandee II, I think, words will be exchanged next time I see the prat.

Hlb now back in Plymouth having left one of his destroyer sized ropes twisted around my mooring buoy! A very generous donation!!

No, I'd already left for a days diving at Beer, spent the nite at anchor there, much quieter than my mooring!!

Did you have a good hol, and where did you get to, did you manage France and CIs?

we really must get together down at Beer.........

ref hols, yup it was great, weather was crap too many westerlies... but we got down to Fowey via three nights at Salcomb to watch the racing & drink the local ale.
Didn't make it across channel weather not that brill, also found that the forecasts were way off somedays, Reporting 5's & 6's & in reality only just enough wind to dislodge the duster... ho hum, need to sell up and relax, but swmbo not ready yet.
