[ QUOTE ]
Hey guys!
just a correction to the times
It is confirmed that she is being loaded onto the ship on the 12th and will be in Sant Carles on the 17th!
Unfortunatley i cant get out there till the 21st so can someone look out for her, make sure she is handled ok!
If anyone does see her, i would really appreciate some photos being taken

Re: Moving to MDL Sant Carles

Did she leave on S'ton on Tuesday by any chance ?

I think I saw her pass our hotel near SIBS.

Best of luck with the move.

That was the same mistral that we sat out in St Feliu de Guixols on the Costa Brava and it was the French variety /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

That would be the Tramontana or Tramontera. There was another just 4 days back just before we arrived. Great pics by the way on your other posting.

Re: Moving to MDL Sant Carles

Cheers JamesFrance for that, no dout you will see us.
Unfortunately the weather is supposed to horrible the day we get out there and fine the day we leave....(sometimes I feel like a member of the adams family) So moving her wont be much fun if thats the case.

Re: Moving to MDL Sant Carles

Just got home from a greak week.
Marina will be great once all the stuff is complete, but if im honest i was expecting more.... e.g. working showers, wi-fi, etc
Have to wait and see the progress when im next back

Re: Moving to MDL Sant Carles

Yep - it is a bit sparse at the moment.

I managed to have a chat with Niel at SIBS though.

It seems to me that things like showers and WiFi etc will all come together once they move the office down to the main site.

We are going out for a week or two in the middle of October.

Hi - Just moved (Sept-08) my Targa 34 from MDL-Torquay to MDL-Sant Carles. I used Coast2Coast, it cost me £5,953.19 plus VAT (£1,041.81) Total £ 6,995.

They organised everything including moving from berth to crane, pressure cleaning hull, lifting, transport, re-launching and moving to new berth. A very good service. Their contact details are as follows:

Coast2Coast
Marine Transport Limited
Braxells Cottage Unit
Winchester Rd
Botley

Yeah we used PSP, didnt have a bad experiance but i dont think i would recommened them due to the lack of information we received.
Lets just say we didnt pay £7000
