I have a manual survivor, but mot mounted anywhere as it lives in my life raft grab bag.

But a couple of round pipes mounting brackets on the round section of the Watermaker may allow you to mount and be strong enough to handle the pumping

Lots of different here

Thanks. Yes I may be lucky and get a plastic fitting the right size.

Thanks all. I am making up a bracket to hold the main body of the unit against a bulkhead, it will be strong enough to operate the manual handle or to fit the 12v motor if we decide to go down that route.
( if it works ok on the handle then we may fit the motor.)
I now seek your advice on the raw water connection. There is a sea cock close by which we want to use it can be fitted with 19mm ID rubber hose. The water maker filter has 10mm id plastic hose fitted. What sort of reducer can I use to join these?

Ensure you have good filtration on the raw water input to the water maker. I have twin 10" filters and if you do fit an electric motor, you may need to fit a priming pump if the water maker is fitted above the waterline to ensure a positive input pressure.

I needed to fit an input pump to my water maker
