Yes I agree. I always had a soft spot for MBM. Part of that was because we cut our cruising teeth on a number of MBM Cruises in Company in the 1990s and I will be forever grateful for the lessons those experiences taught me. Also the magazine was very readable and covered some of the more practical aspects of motorboating not covered in MBY at the time. Anyone know what happened to Kim Hollamby, Jake Kavanagh and the rest of the MBM crew?

Jake is a contributor to Practical Boat Owner, he has an article in Dec Edition.

Kim used to keep Formanda at Haslar Marina Gosport. Don't know if he still has her or not but I don't think it's at Haslar anymore but I stand to be corrected.
