Workin hand building a step/box to aid stepping down into the cabin this will be fastened to the cabin sole with screws so removeable.Made from exterior ply marine not available but will be well painted. The new bunk cushions are in hand with a local supplier at a pleasant price of 200 euros for both bunks with blue covering including a zip.A small battery power pack that can run 240v power tools etc with outlets for charging mobiles etc but it was not sure that it can be charged with solar power according to the shop.It probably is so the addition of a small array should make us independent.Cookingis by gas on a small camping stove with throw away canisters. Pencil rack is in the design stage.

My boat has a shallow step on the way down from the wheelhouse to the saloon. The top of it is a hinged lid and it forms a very handy space for storing tools or what have you.

Don't forget to go out for a spin - even if just a little one - while you're next at the boat. Remember, you want to have a to-do list for your boat, not a boat for a to-do list!
