Moorings in Loch Ridden above Kyles of Bute

Can anyone advise me who is the contact for the group of mooring licences for the moorings off the boathouse on the south side of Loch Ridden behind One Tree Island (if I had my charts at home I would lat and long). It used to be Tom Mowat but he to my knowledge is no longer there. I am asking Crown Office the same question. The less I pay the better.
