Mooring & Anchor Rope

Sorry if this sounds a bit daft but I need to buy around 100m of mooring rope and I need anchor rope also. I have found this on Gael Force and wondering if it will do the job for both?

The only polysteel rope I have has a low density <1. It floats, and I can't see that being much use as an anchor line.

Worth checking to see if the Gael Force one is denser.

That sort of rope doesn’t have the ability to stretch so not at all suitable for mooring or anchor lines.

This is what you want for anchor rope. It's a bit more expensive but is very good. Depending on where you anchor the length should be enough.
I have 100m on my boat anchoring in 30-40m, plus 20mm chain.
