Moody 38 cc 1995- teak decks

Unless I'm missing something, can't you tell by looking?

Edit: Looking at pics of ones for sale, most of the teak seems to be glued, with some screws in border pieces.

The teak on my 1998 S31 was teak veneer on plywood ... the same is true for S38 too.

It is glued on ....reasonably easy to remove with an upside down chisel.
I replaced mine with solid teak panels from K J Howells in 2012
The hardest part was making the templates in hardboard

Good to hear it's reasonably easy to remove, what condition was the GRP underneath and would you have any idea of what would be involved in cleaning up the deck and leaving it as GRP rather than re teaking the deck?

On S31 / S38, the panels are recessed into the GRP so it wouldn't work, but ignoring that for a moment, I don't believe I could have restored the surface.
