Modification to scrubber.

My neighbour has modified my hand crafted, patent pending, fringe scrubber to make it a multi purpose tool.

What does the can do?

the big block on the left is a weight to make the brush sink, and the can is to counterbalance the weight of the block

I think it's very neat work by Vara to insert the mains cable (background) into the handle through to the agitator motor by the brush, without it showing.

I assumed the block was to give it some buoyancy to help press against the hull, and the toothpaste was dispensed to help shine the hull up. Presumably the designer is working on a way to dispense the toothpaste without the need to enter the water with it?
