Why do mobo'ers post unrelated mobo threads here just because they have a mobo?

As an example this post would reach a much wider audience (and response) if posted in SB

I think because we see ourselves as a friendly group of people many of whom are know to each other, either from social gatherings or regular posts.

If you don't frequent other areas of the forum such as SB it can seem less friendly and you struggle to qualify any suggestions. If JFM recommends a particular 3M fixing tape I know to ignore it because he won't have a clue, whereas if Gary suggests a particular mascara I would almost buy shares in the company

Just a thought.

Same here and rarely get time to read SB or PBO forums either lately. This is by far the friendliest anyway

In that it won't change its fascade
A 'Fascade' ( on the face of it)' Bruce is just to protect the face of the Place
Facing up to Brucy boys post
The 'Plan' is to assemble an Armada of fellow boaters in the 'Ring Of Celts' yes Celts not ****s!!
That is above lat 53degs North although some 52's may be allowed in, should they pay an 'admittance fee' of, maybe a packet of Bensons and or a wine bottle er two like
Anyway
Said exbidition, like is aimed at the year of our lord 2015 in the month of Awst, to give peeps time to feck about and arrange fuel and make sure their grannies ar ok and they aint attendedin barmitsvers and all that crud
So like
I WOULD LIKE TO ANNOUNCE TO ALL MOTORBOATERS AND SAILING WUNKERS THAT 'WE THE ,MOTORBOAT PEOPLE' OF THIS PARISH
There is a Plan to go to said Public Drinkin Establishement by the Sea - see
I will know Publish the Day of departure
Weather permitting
On or about the 30th of August 2015
Because that when swmbos cancer radiation treatment should be done with
I will buy the first two rounds in the Ty Coch for all assembled
And that's a First!!
