i know i have asked before but i want to get it right, i am planning to go and watch the launch in southampton in my rib but have been given 2 dates 26 and the 27 of this month???? anyone know for sure which one it is???

When I visited last month it looked like they had a lot of work left to do, so as the previous poster says "dont hold your breath".

I have emailed my contact at R Holland Design to find out the latest, I will let everyone know when I hear something.

My chum (who is the MD of Halmatic, building the mast) seems to think that it is likely to go ahead. He does seem a might concerned that everyone has done their sums correctly - the scale of the loads sounds just phenomenal.

The maxi cats (orange et al) had masts that crewmen could climb up inside if needed. Apparently you could fit three inside Mirabella's spar.
