...my new boat that is. You may have guessed from recent posts that it's a Princess V40 on shafts. Clearly, i deliberated about the colour for sometime, until SWMBO and off-spring greeted it on initial viewing with a 'oooh, I like the colour'. I've not updated the website yet, but hope to get round to that soon.

We're back on the water - woopeee!

Brilliant news, let me be first to say congratulations. Where is she and where are you keeping her.

As already said I thought the burgundy looked great on a V50 I saw in the Med.

Be interested to know top speed and stuff. Great Boat.

Thanks!

Was moved from Mercury on the Hamble to Weymouth last Thursday am (yes, missed the party).

On sea trial I recorded top speed of 33 knts (SOG of GPS), approx. 35 knts on log through water. Note, she was clean and light as just returned to water after survey. She has the TAMD63P's.

BTW. No rope cutters fitted (I posted a question about the pros and cons of these). And as if by magic, delivery skip caught a net 3 miles off Weymouth! Not sure cutters would have helped!
