Mildew on lifejackets

Good day folks!
How does one remove mildew spots from lifejackets? Have put my "Crewsaver" jackets in the wash at 60 degrees without success! There is no smell off them. How do I remove the spots? Many thanks!

rubbing with bleach gets the spots off. Blue lj's don't show the spots so much

Try Milton fluid, the kind mum uses to clean babies bottles

Milton is basically diluted bleach, but much more expensive!

dettol bathroom mildew remover worked well for mine, spray it on, wait a few minutes, rinse off.

Reckon you'll find that's mainly dilute bleach, too, but again very expensive.

Tesco's bleach, though. I bet that's even cheaper than the bleach you were thinking of, especially when diluted a lot
