Assuming it's synthetic canvas, this was the advice I received from my sprayhood manufacturer (Schultz Sadelmageri)...
50:50 mix of bog standard thin bleach and water, apply with a brush, and then wash it off within a few minutes thoroughly.
Don't get it on sprayhood flexible windows.

Polycel 3:1 mould-killer should do it.

dilute oxalic acid will do the trick.
a quick rub over with a sponge and a rinse off does wonders but test it on a small area first.
I had the same problem and it definatly worked.
A small spoon of crystals in water. All the safety advice is on this site below too. If you have rhubarb then the leaves contain the same acid.
