Depends on the sprayer size and the number of bodies for washin
I used to use one around four litres.
One kettle with cold would get the water to 45C
It is surprisingly efficient, give it a go and you will see what I mean.

tnx, yes that is what i am def going to do, keeping it simple, 45C would do nicely
saves all the hassle of plumbing calorifiers etc
