What type of hull is the MF805 is it semi-displacement or planning

Semi-displacement.

An 8m boat that has a top speed of 22kts is planing at that speed.
At lower cruise speeds, it might be in a semi-displacement mode.
But overall, yes, you could call it a semi-d hull, almost Broom shaped.
