Merry Fisher 10 - Antares 30

Hello,

We are weighing these two up - and as all MF10's are abroad, we can't easily go and visit one.

They look pretty much identical, though, and as I understand it Jeanneau stopped making the MF10 because it competed too closely with the A30 - is that correct?

Apart from a minor different in the kitchenette and the fact the MF10 has a reversible seat for the co-pilot - I can't really see much difference - is this about right?

We looked at both at the boat show.Didn't like the of set bed in mf10.Also the navigator seat in the a30 was a better design. I probably have a brochure for both.Where are you? Mine has a Yanmar but later have a Volvo d6.If you want a chat pm me . Its good to talk!!

Yes the offset bed looks annoying but then the main lounge area looks bigger on the Mf10 due to that reversible copilot seat.

That's the one thing making us edge twoards the MF10 - a bit more space in the main living area/bigger seating area....

And we are in Gloucestershire - seemingly a fair drive from most with this sort of boat!
