OK, this years extravaganza is well under way. Have taken a while to get sorted as various options, and did some polling of members, and have resorted back to a format similar to last year.
Kim will provide a separate forum to organise like last year.
wwill be in Mercury Marina on Hamble May 8/9 . Mooring fees waived for those attending. £800 being donated by MDL, and paid to Oyster Quay(who did food last time) as contribution towards food costs. We'll need to pay additional food costs if any, and marquee, so I will cost that all up in next day or two, and work out charge per head or per boat
As last year, it will be first come, first served (subject to availability of berths, which may mean small boats jump queue ahead of bigger boats, simply due to fact there are more small berths available than big). Well probably need to cap at about 30-35 boats or 120 people, purely for ability to handle boats, and size of marquee.
Any comments??
