mercruiser outdrive anodes

I am just wondering which type of anodes people use on there mercruiser outdrives in seawater . I use the zinc anode kit which seems to work but does any one use the aluminum anode kit for seawater.

If you buy original anodes for seawater use they are now made of aluminium as standard, I use them on my drive.

I have changed to aluminum to suit fresh and salt water for my VP outdrives - cant see they would do any harm if in salt water full time.
