Yours is different to mine... I don't see a timing arm on yours?!

Yeah there is no spark advance linkage running from trigger to the throttle cam, i suspected this "missing" linkage as my issue at the beginning until i got a manual and then found out that the trigger sits on a dowel pin and is fixed position.

Its crazy how so many engines can differ so much
