Memory Map, BA charts, iPad issue

Help!

I have recently purchased the BA Chart set through iTunes to run on the Memory Map application that I have on both my iPhone and iPad.

It will not work.

The person on the phone at MM directed me to go to the "map file" icon, then "map types" where my screen should have shown "Marine Maps"; which it does not.

She then suggested I delete the app from both my devices and then download the newer 79p version, which I was happy to do.

Unfortunately, after you have deleted the app from your devices and when you go back to the app store, the newer 79p version is not on offer, only a download of the version you already have.

It seems that you can delete apps from your devices but not from your iTunes account. Apps are not stored on the Cloud.

The person at MM could only suggest that this was an Apple problem

Any suggestions (there is probably a really simple and obvious fix that I have missed)
 
I'm afraid I've had difficulties with my Windows/Android Marine upgrade.

Unlike previously where the process was straightforward, this time the package refused to register and the pages of stuff in the help (yourself) tells you to hand tweak your TCP/IP and disable antivirus and firewall.
No phone help anymore either and a rather tart response to my email for help with the word 'complaint' deleted.
 
Problem solved!

Jamie (very helpful) on the technical help line was able to talk me through the (fairly) simple fix so now I have all the BA charts on my digital devices......wonderful
