I agree with the member title is a bit boring, but the ones you suggest need a bit of work, IMHO. I reckon they should go something like this,

0-50 New toy
51-100 Mildly Interested
101-999 Getting more interested
1000-2999 Spout off with the best of 'em
3000-3999 Get a life PLEASE
4000+ Retired with nothing to do!
