Our new addition. After seeing them at the boat show, we took a trip to Christchurch today and tried one out. Very impressed so we bought one. Pretty little thing I think. Folds away into a bag (albeit a long one) and will fit on the bow of the boat snuggly when not in use.

Yes, I had some thing similar once, a fibre glass dinghy. If we had had the internet then.

My advert would have said. Dinghy, only sunk once...............In January. Pissed wet through.

Ooh you're all so sceptical lol. Yep she folds down and has two inflatable tubes and I can report that a quick jaunt over to the Jolly last night was a success. Very stable and dead easy to row. I like this tender :D :D Today we will attach the leccy motor and go in search of the source of the River Hamble. Let the intrepid adventures begin :D

P.S. Did look at the hovers Mike and yes...I did think about it lol

Sounds a great little boat does Bob. Be careful out there today, thar be river mo sters lurking in the depths of the upper reaches of the Hamble introduced by Tesco's a few years back. :)

Half dinghy, half inflatable........looks fantastic!:)

Please keep us updated.....

General consensus is....we'll be keeping this one for some years to come. Took 'Bob' for a trip up the Hamble...easy as pie and with the leccy motor, absolutely stealthlike. Ok...going against the tide is a tad slow but frankly who cares. Can always stick a petrol on it if we want to go faster but tbh...we don't. It's like something out of Swallows and Amazons. I love it and so do my neighbours who 'cajed' a lift over to the Jolly about 20 minutes ago lol. 3 adults...no problem and will take 4 comfortably and maybe a small pug or 2 in the bow bit. Did the standing up test and steady as a rock (well a slightly rolly one :D)

And the kayak is where? :)

Hmmm the kayak. Well, the kayak has had a poorly tube in the floor from new (grrr) and is yet to be returned and fixed (oh and did I mention we lost the fin overboard?? which doesn't help lol). However...we will get her back to perfect and launch her again next summer :D.
