Med weather regions

We are soon to be heading back to the Med for the summer and wanted to obtain a copy of a paper that a freind has recommended us to use for showing the areas weather paterns. It is A4, and names all the areas relating to weather forcasts, (cruisade, ionian, Black sea, delta etc) so that we can write the forcasts on each day. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find such a paper?
