Can't speak to the course content, but I've been watching the videos from Pacific Yacht Systems on YouTube which I think cover similar topics (and free), along with a couple of books I've found them really helpful.
Some of them are a bit long though it looks like they've been trying to make shorter cuts of various topics. I'd be interested in what others think too.

Thanks for your help. I have across Jeff Cote before - when I was looking at solar panels - and was quite impressed.

Full disclosure, I can't claim to be impartial, as I wrote the course, 
but I can state that those who have completed the course have all given positive feedback, and have registered an interest in the next level. You can now sample 2 of the more advanced lectures, Testing (using multimeters and clamp meters), Engine Starter wiring (and fault finding) for free. New content is added weekly, and once enrolled you have access for life.
