Hey andy

Thanks for sharing I read it and it's very interesting I really like the idea of the ginseng and caffeine. I myself is a coffee lover and though some of my racing friends frown upon the idea I believe that on some level it helps me stay alert. Well I guess I should just show them the study you mentioned to prove a point. I'll read the article again and try to maintain come of the tips. I'm not a racer but I find your post highly valuable not only for racers but for everyone who sails.
