Does anybody know, what the lenght is, when the MCA codes kick in, and if its the length overall, or the waterline length?? Also, does anbody know what the length is, when a boat is taxed as a pleasure craft, rather than a leisure craft?? (& is that the overal length, or the waterline length??) Any help is graefully recieved.
