Yes, it was either Wales or the East coast, Grimsby / Cleethorpes / Immingham area.

The choice of Grimsby, Cleethropes & Immingham was based on my assumption the Wales mention was a joke about the lovely sunshine in the photo and a possible lack of said sunshine in Wales. As a Lincolnshire lad I can state that in contrast to popular belief Grimsby, Cleethorpes and Immingham are not bathed in sunshine either.

Skegness however enjoys more sunshine than Cannes

The freakshow photoshopping these days is getting ridiculous. Yep you have the left foot thing, but also is her left knee about 200mm lower than her right? She must look pretty dodgy when she stands up.
