MBY magazine online problem

I changed my subscription to MBY to the digital version about 6 weeks ago. I noticed today the latest version is now available.
How do you view/download it from mymagazine?

bit of an update - numpties about
my MBY subscription is through mymagazine. I have tried accessing the online digital version on an android tablet, a google chromebook and an iMac. No luck. I got a helpful email reply from mymagazine explaining how to do it yesterday. I tried again - still no luck.

This morning I tried again but with an iPhone - on the mymagazine website only viewable on an iPhone. It clearly states that the MBY Digital version is not available from mymagazine - use PocketMag. So set up PocketMag account -works immediately, cancelled mymagazine subscription.
