Some of you may know of the small chandlers shop at Mayflower Marina in Plymouth.
I just want to say how it has improved since taken under new management last October.
I makes me willing to buy stuff from there even given the prices are just as expensive as you would expect.

What do forumites think ?

I've been using it for years and almost always got a good discount. Bought all my epoxy paint and accessories for my hull protection there and loads of other bits and bobs.

The new outfit are a bit more expensive, but I just can't stand that lot just outside QAB -the only real alternative!

Difficult to comment as I used the last lot when our boat was at Blagdons for a while and I always found them very helpful, and the new owners send work my way from time to time so I could be accused of not being impartial. If they are reading this, I maintain that their Chandlers is wonderful.

However if Andy at Yachtparts is reading this - I will pay my bill soon and your chandlerly is wonderful too.

I know its a long way from the fleshpots of the city but Mountbatten Boat House chandlery accross the water is pretty good.
