what exactly are you after.
a "dog lead" adaptor 16 > 13amp
a 16 amp lead with weather proof connections ??

Most chandlers sell them - either made up to specific lengths typically 10 or 25 metres, or you can buy the plugs and sockets to make your own. Assume you have proper shore power on your boat. If you are just using a 13 amp extension lead you just need one plug to go into the marina unit.

Hello Sailorman

The cable would be 16 Amp weatherproof on one end with a four or more socket domestic extension lead on the other.

Or it would simply have the same type of weatherproof conector on both ends so i would need to buy the "adaptor dog lead" ?

Sorry i took a while to reply, call of nature ;)

Google keeps adding 20 plus miles to the journey when its just a matter of getting across on the ferry, yes toolstation is a good possibility thank-you.

But thats an extension lead. I dont think it has quite the right connector to plug into your boat.

Not seen a cable thats plugs streight into anyones boat ?

Boat mains i/p is normally one of these:

ae235
but plug (with pins) not a socket.

(All flavours are available from screwfix)
